文章基于数据分析,以宏景人力资本管理(Human Capital Management,HCM)系统为背景,设计了一个医院人事管理信息化系统.该系统采用了宏景HCM的总体设计框架,包括一个平台、两个引擎、三层结构,为医院提供了强有力的数据支持.
Abstract
Based on data analysis,this paper designs and applies a hospital personnel management information system with the background of Hongjing Human Capital Management(HCM)system.The system adopts the overall design framework of Hongjing HCM,which includes a platform,two engines,and a three-layer structure,providing strong data support for hospitals.
