In response to the insufficient handling of individual differences among students and the low efficiency of teaching resource allocation in current middle school mathematics teaching,this paper proposes a smart teaching system based on Artificial Intelligence and big data analysis,aiming to optimize the process and effectiveness of middle school mathematics teaching.The system utilizes Artificial Intelligence technology to design personalized learning paths for students and provide real-time feedback,while using big data analysis to conduct in-depth analysis of student learning behavior to provide teachers with more accurate teaching support.By comparing the student learning data before and after the comparative experiment,the effectiveness of the system is evaluated.The results show that the application of the system significantly improves student learning outcomes.The smart teaching system combining Artificial Intelligence and big data technology can effectively improve the personalization degree and resource allocation efficiency of middle school mathematics teaching,providing valuable reference for the application of modem educational technology.
