文章提出一种基于多源数据分析的网络安全整体态势评估技术,并通过仿真实验验证其应用效果.将日志、漏洞数据和节点服务信息作为数据来源,选取威胁性、脆弱性和资产3类态势指标从源数据中提取要素分析所用的数据,经过隐Markov模型和PageRank算法的处理后,使用D-S证据理论评估网络安全整体态势.从仿真结果来看,该网络处于P4安全状态下的概率最高,此时网络面临一定的安全威胁,需要采取防范措施.
Network Security Overall Situation Assessment Technology and Simulation Experiment Based on Multi-source Data Analysis
In this paper,an network security overall situation assessment technology based on multi-source data analysis is proposed,and its application effect is verified by simulation experiments.Logs,vulnerability data and node service information are taken as data sources,three situation indicators of threat,vulnerability and asset are selected to extract data for factor analysis from source data,and after processing by hidden Markov model and PageRank algorithm,D-S evidence theory is used to evaluate the overall situation of network security.According to the simulation results,the probability of the network in the P4 security state is the highest,and the network faces certain security threats at this time,and preventive measures need to be taken.
