摘要

针对资源利用率和分配效率较低的问题,提出基于大数据的用电客户业扩报装信息资源并行分配优化方法.构建业扩报装信息资源分配模型,根据用电客户业扩报装业务的优先等级,利用纳什均衡算法,求解最优的分配策略.实验证明,文章提出的方法具有较好的收敛性和可行性,而且客户的体验值和满意度较高.

Abstract

In response to the problem of low resource utilization and allocation efficiency,a optimization method of parallel allocation of information resources for business expansion based on big data is proposed.The information resource allocation model of industry expansion and installation is constructed.According to the priority level of electricity customers'industry expansion and installation business,the Nash equilibrium algorithm is used to solve the optimal allocation strategy.Experiments show that the proposed method has good convergence and feasibility,and the customer experience value and satisfaction are higher.
