摘要
档案数字化作为信息管理领域的重要组成部分,对于提高档案管理效率、保护文化遗产和提供便捷的信息访问方式至关重要.文章简要分析百色市人民医院档案数字化建设存在的问题、计划-执行-检查-处理(Plan-Do-Check-Act,PDCA)在档案数字化建设中的应用优势,重点介绍PDCA在档案数字化建设中的应用,以期为各地医院数字档案馆建设提供依据.
Abstract
As an important part of the field of information management,the digitization of archives is very important to improve the efficiency of archives management,protect cultural heritage and provide convenient access to information.This paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the digitization construction of archives in the Baise People's Hospital,and the application advantages of Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDC A)in the digitization construction of archives,focuses on the application of PDCA in the digitization construction of archives,in order to provide a basis for the construction of digital archives in various hospitals.
