基于虚拟仿真技术的机器人工程专业课程数字化教学平台设计

教学平台是机器人工程专业课程数字化教学中必不可少的教学工具,但传统平台存在仿真度较低的问题,而且学生的学习效果较差.因此,设计基于虚拟仿真技术的机器人工程专业课程数字化教学平台.在硬件方面,对HTC Vive装置进行选型与设计,利用HTC Vive装置实现仿真教学交互;在软件方面,利用虚拟仿真技术搭建机器人虚拟模型,设计虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)全视角观察体验场景、VR碰撞体验场景与VR虚拟视角自由移动体验场景,在虚拟场景中实现学生与虚拟机器人交互操作,以此完成平台设计.实验结果表明,应用设计平台开展教学后,学生的综合成绩大幅提升.
Design of Digital Teaching Platform of Robot Engineering Professional Courses Based on Virtual Simulation Technology
The teaching platform is an essential teaching tool in the digital teaching of robot engineering courses,but traditional platforms have the problem of low simulation and poor learning outcomes for students.Therefore,the digital teaching platform for robot engineering courses based on virtual simulation technology is designed.In terms of hardware,the HTC Vive device is selected and designed,and the simulation teaching interaction is realized by using HTC Vive device.In terms of software,virtual simulation technology is used to build a robot virtual model,and Virtual Reality(VR)full view observation experience scenes,VR collision experience scenes,and VR virtual perspective free movement experience scenes are designed to achieve interactive operations between students and virtual robots in the virtual scene,thereby completing the platform design.The experimental results show that after using the design platform for teaching,students'comprehensive grades have significantly improved.
