摘要
物联网是在互联网基础上延伸和扩展的网络,也是智慧物业管理服务实现的重要技术支撑.文章简单介绍了基于物联网技术的智慧物业管理服务需求,设计了智慧物业管理服务方案,探究了智慧物业管理服务实现策略,并验证了智慧物业管理服务效果,以期为智慧物业管理服务升级提供借鉴.
Abstract
The Internet of Things is an extended and expanded network based on the Internet,and it is also an important technical support for the realization of intelligent property management services.The article briefly introduces the demand for smart property management services based on Internet of Things technology,designs a smart property management service solution,explores the implementation strategy of smart property management services,and verifies the effectiveness of smart property management services,in order to provide reference for the upgrading of smart property management services.
