Visual Analysis of College English Information Teaching Research Based on CiteSpace——Taking the Chinese Journal Papers Collected by CNKI from 2005 to 2023 as an Example
This paper,using 498 journal literatures on college English information teaching research at home from 2005 to 2023 in CNKI database as the data source,draws a scientific knowledge map with the help of visualization software CiteSpace 6.2.R6,and analyzes the research trend,the research hotspot as well as the research processes.The results show that domestic college English information teaching research has shown a dynamic trend during the past 20 years,which has gone through two stages of initiation and development.Besides,the research hotspot is mainly focused on the information teaching,technical mode and vocational English.What's more,the research processes gradually shifts from teaching mode and teachers'information-based teaching ability to blended teaching.It is hoped that in the future,the research will not be limited to a single research perspective or method and comprehensively enhance the integration of college English courses and information technology so as to promote the in-depth development of college English information teaching.
