摘要

以H公司柔性作业车间为研究对象,结合调度数据对存在的柔性作业车间调度问题进行优化,构建多目标优化模型并应用非支配排序遗传算法Ⅱ(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithms Ⅱ,NSGA-Ⅱ)求解.对比分析发现,多目标组合优化后的调度方案在指导生产调度上更具优势.

Abstract

Taking the flexible job shop of Company H as the research object,the existence flexible flexible job shop scheduling problems is optimized by combining the scheduling data,the multi-objective optimization model is constructed and Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithms Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)is used to solve the existence flexible flexible job shop scheduling problems.Comparative analysis shows that the scheduling scheme after multi-objective combination optimization has more advantageous in guiding the production scheduling.
