Design of Workshop Production Data Service Platform Based on Big Data System
With the rise of Industry 4.0,efficient management and utilization of workshop production data have become the key to the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The workshop production data covers the entire process data from raw material procurement to finished product delivery,including production progress,quality control,equipment status,and logistics information.The characteristics of these data are large volume,diverse types,and fast updating speed,so high requirements are put forward for data processing and analysis.In this regard,this paper introduces the design points of workshop production data service platform based on big data system from the aspects of integrated data acquisition,real-time analysis,application program interface design and application of advanced data analysis technology,so as to effectively process and analyze these complex data,provide decision-making support for enterprises,improve production efficiency and product quality.
