Urban central heating is an important livelihood service in winter in northern China.How to better provide high quality services for the society and the market is the problem of the heating management department.Design a user satisfaction questionnaire system based on the heating service of thermal outlets with big data,to provide a strong guarantee for the establishment of a scientific and practical heating service system,deepening the service quality management of the municipal public utilities industry,and ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of the urban central heating industry.
