In view of the problems of information island and data dispersion in the traditional university human resource file management method,the integration and sharing method of university human resource file based on cloud computing is put forward.Using the integration mode based on middleware,the university human resource scheme information is integrated into the Hadoop Distributed File System(HDFS),and then the encrypted sharing of the university human resource file information is completed through the cloud computing environment.The experimental results show that the design method always fluctuates in the range of 650～680 Mb/s,and the throughput has the superior integrated sharing performance.
