文章介绍一种基于组态技术的可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)仿真实验教学平台的设计.该平台采用组态技术,通过对PLC实验的建模和仿真,实现对PLC程序设计的教学和培训.另外,以交通灯仿真实验为例,给出PLC虚拟仿真系统的开发过程,解决了实验设施的采购及维护资金成本较高、被控对象单一、实物操作安全隐患等问题.
Abstract
This paper introduces the design of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)simulation experiment teaching platform based on configuration technology.This platform adopts configuration technology to achieve teaching and training on PLC program design through modeling and simulation of PLC experiments.In addition,taking the simulation experiment of traffic lights as an example,the development process of PLC virtual simulation system is presented,which solves the problems of high procurement and maintenance costs of experimental facilities,single controlled objects,and hidden safety hazards in physical operations.
