A Product Planning Model and the Solving Algorithms Considering the Supply Chain Resilience
To improve a company's ability to respond to supplier supply risks,it is necessary to consider the resilience of the product supply chain in the product planning.This resilient supply chain strategy includes outsourcing the required product module instances to multiple suppliers to cope with potential disruptions in the supply chain.In order to adapt to scenarios of different scales,a product planning model that takes supply chain resilience into consideration is established.For smaller scale cases,linearization can be used to convert the model into a linear one,and a solver can be used to solve it;For larger scale cases,nested genetic algorithms can be used to obtain satisfactory solutions.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through a detailed analysis of a case study of a smartwatch manufacturing company.The results show that by implementing a resilient supply chain strategy,the company can better cope with the possible uncertainty and interruptions in the supply chain,thereby improving the supply chain resilience of products.
