Influence of Patent Infringement Litigation on Enterprise Technology Innovation
Taking the patent infringement litigation cases of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2016 to 2020 as samples,the hierarchical regression analysis method is adopted to empirically investigate the influence of factors such as compensation amount,litigation expenses and case trial level on technological innovation of enterprises when they file patent infringement lawsuits.The research shows that:the higher the litigation expenses borne by enterprises in the past,that is,the more inclined enterprises are to adopt patent infringement litigation to protect technological innovation achievements,the more conducive to technological innovation of enterprises;compared with mature enterprises,litigation expense has a stronger promoting effect on technological innovation of enterprises in the start-up stage;the compensation amount significantly promotes the technological innovation of enterprises,while the case trial level has no significant influence.Some corresponding patent infringement dispute resolution suggestions are put forward for enterprises of different maturity.
