The Impact of Service Openness on Green Development Efficiency Under the New Development Pattern
The impact and mechanism of the service openness on the efficiency of green development are theoretically analyzed and empirically tested.It is found that the service openness significantly promotes the efficiency of green development and more strongly advances the green technology.The mechanism test shows that the service openness mainly improves indirectly the efficiency of green development through the optimization of human capital and the improvement of innovation ability,the latter having more obvious mediating effect.The heterogeneity test shows that the promotion effect of the service openness on the efficiency of green development in the eastern part is significantly higher than that in whole country and in the central and western regions.The research provides a theoretical basis for continuously expanding the service openness to promote green economic development under the new development pattern.
