关于构建中国特色政党学学科体系的思考

摘要
建立中国特色政党学,是构筑世界上独特的学科体系、知识体系、话语体系的理论探索,也是为中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度提供理论支撑的实践探索.基于中国共产党百年奋斗的历史与实践,中国特色政党学学科体系主要包括党的执政学、党的社会工作学、党的组织工作学、党的宣传工作学、党的统战工作学、党的纪检工作学等.建立建设中国特色政党学学科体系必须做好三项重点工作:一要建立一支熟悉党务工作实践的研究队伍;二要深入研究共产党执政规律,特别是大党独有的执政难题;三要加强对域外执政党,特别是执政时间较长的政党的经验和教训的研究.
Abstract
The establishment of political party science with Chinese characteristics is theoretical exploration to build a unique disciplinary system,knowledge system,and discourse system in the world,and practical explo-ration to provide theoretical support for the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system led by the CPC.Based on long history and practice of centennial struggle of the CPC,the discipline system of political party science with Chinese characteristics mainly includes the party's governance science,the party's social work science,the party's organizational work science,the party's propaganda work science,the party's u-nited front work science,and the party's discipline inspection work science.To establish political party sci-ence with Chinese characteristics,we must firstly establish a research team that is familiar with the practice of party affairs;secondly,we must conduct in-depth research on the rules of the CPC,especially the unique governance problems of major parties;and thirdly,we must strengthen research on the experiences and lessons of foreign ruling parties,especially those that have been in power for a long time.
