Centenary Exploration and Logical Analyses of the Continuous Exertion of Chinese Farmers'Subjectivity——Based on the"Consensus-incentive"Analysis Framework
The valuable experience accumulated by the Communist Party of China in solving the issues of"ag-riculture,rural areas and farmers"shows that great achievements cannot be achieved without upholding the dominant status of farmers.The core of how to continue to play the subjective role of farmers lies in the discov-ery and application of the"consensus-incentive"mechanism.With the aid of the"consensus-incentive"a-nalysis framework,it is not difficult to see that the consensus reached by the Communist Party of China and farmers on the issues of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"is the premise and basis for exploring solutions and activating farmers'subjectivity;the policies and institutional measures put forward by the Communist Par-ty of China in due course,is an important guarantee for giving full play to the subjectivity of farmers.Even though the tasks and focus of the issues of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"are different in different his-torical periods,the Communist Party of China adheres to the mass line of"from the masses to the masses",and promptly reaches new consensus with farmers on new issues,and further improve the policies and systems for safeguarding the fundamental interests of farmers,activate farmers'subjectivity,gather the most extensive forces,and help the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"to reach new glory.
