The Connotation,Construction Ideas,and Key Issues of"High-end Communica-tion Platform":Overview of the Seminar on the Construction of the National High-end Communication Platform for Research Papers and Scientific and Technologi-cal Information
The 14th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Re-public of China and the Long Range Objectives for 2035 has deployed the strategic task of building a national high-end communication platform for scientific research papers and scientific and technological information,which is closely related to the field of Information Resources Management.In order to further promote the re-search and practice of building the national high-end communication platform,Central China Normal Universi-ty held an academic seminar based on key projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation.At the meeting,professor Zeng Jianxun made a special report based on the subject research,explaining the re-search background,research status and content framework of the project.14 experts from universities,li-braries,science associations,and enterprises had in-depth discussions.They explored the connotation and construction of the national high-end communication platform for scientific research paper and technology in-formation,and proposed key issues that need to be broken through in the construction of the platform.
