摘要

《尔雅翼》是南宋的一部名物训诂著作.此书以详述草木虫鱼鸟兽的特性及辨析它们的异同为主,但也论述了有关草木虫鱼鸟兽的性味及食物的种类、烹饪的方法,记述了南宋的饮食风俗等.从饮食视角分析《尔雅翼》中有关饮食的论述,揭示《尔雅翼》中的饮食文化,可为学术界研究南宋的饮食史提供学术参考,亦可为研究中华饮食文化提供实证材料.

Abstract

Er Ya Yi is a famous work that explains the words and phrases in ancient Chinese during the Southern Song Dynasty.This book mainly elaborates on the characteristics of plants,insects,fish,birds and animals,and analy-zes their similarities and differences.However,it also discusses the nature and taste of plants,insects,fish,birds and animals,food types,cooking methods,and describes the food customs of the Southern Song Dynasty.This paper ana-lyzes the discourse on food in Er Ya Yi from the perspective of food,revealing the food culture in Er Ya Yi,which can provide academic reference for the study of the diet history of the Southern Song Dynasty,and also provide em-pirical materials for the study of Chinese diet culture.
