摘要

研究锂离子电池在不同放电倍率、不同温度情况下放电电压随容量的变化,发现在高倍率3 C和低温-10 ℃时,电压变化最大.同时,不同放电倍率及温度下,锂离子电池的荷电状态与电压关系和容量与电压关系类似.锂离子电池在0.5 C充电1 C和3 C放电时,锂离子电池的循环寿命分别达1 636周和819周,循环寿命优异.放电倍率越大,对锂离子电池的循环寿命越不利.

Abstract

The variation of discharge voltage with capacity of lithium-ion batteries under different discharge rates and temperature conditions was studied..It was found that the maximum voltage change occurred at high discharge rate of 3 C and low temperature-100 ℃,which may be due to excessive current at high discharge rate,resulting in excessive heat,slow diffusion rate of lithium-ion at low temperature,and increased resistance.At different discharge rates and temperatures,the relationship between SOC and voltage of lithium-ion batteries is similar to that between capacity and voltage.When charged at 0.5 C and discharged at 1 C and 3 C,the cycle life of lithium-ion batteries reaches 1 636 weeks and 819 weeks,respectively,indicating excellent cycle life.The higher the discharge rate,the worse the cycling performance of lithium batteries.This may be due to an increase in discharge rate,internal current and battery heat generation,which results in the loss of SEI thin or internal structure.
