Simulation of optical properties of monocrystalline silicon surface in solar cells
;Finite element analysis software was used to simulate the optical behavior of the surface structure of monocrystalline silicon solar cells before and after corrosion, and the changing law of surface electric field, surface magnetic field, power flow, and reflectivity of monocrystalline silicon before and after corrosion was obtained. The re-sults show that the electric field, magnetic field and power flow on the surface of monocrystal silicon after corrosion are larger than those before corrosion. When the wavelength is 700nm,the electric field and magnetic field on the surface of monocrystal silicon after corrosion are about 3 times and 6 times than those before corrosion. After corro-sion,the x component of the power flow on the surface of monocrystalline silicon is evenly distributed. The reflec-tance is low,and it has better optical properties.
