一种基于改进的布谷鸟搜索算法的无人机三维航路规划算法

针对布谷鸟搜索算法收敛速度慢且易陷入局部最优等缺点,对标准布谷鸟搜索算法进行改进,提出一种改进的布谷鸟搜索算法。受其他群智能算法启发,在获取新鸟巢的过程中,通过轮盘赌选择某个鸟巢并在最优解附近进行搜索;以一定概率执行类似狼群算法奔向最优解的操作,较好地平衡了局部和全局搜索能力;最后在弃巢的过程中保留了最优解,提高了算法的搜索效率。四个标准测试函数及无人机三维航路规划的实验结果表明,改进布谷鸟搜索算法在求解精度和鲁棒性方面效果显著,航路规划用时少且更优。
Research on UAV 3D route planning optimization using improved cuckoo search algorithm
Aiming at the shortcomings of the standard cuckoo search algorithm,such as slow convergence speed and easily falling into local optimality,an improved cuckoo search algorithm is proposed.Inspired by other swarm intelli-gence algorithms,in the process of acquiring new nests,we select a nest by roulette and search around the optimal solution;The operation of running to the optimal solution similar to Wolf pack algorithm with certain probability bal-ances the local and global search ability well.At last,the optimal solution is preserved in the process of abandoning the nest,which improves the search efficiency of the algorithm.The experimental results of 4 standard test functions and 3D route planning of UAV show that the improved cuckoo search algorithm is effective in solving accuracy and robustness,and the route planning time is less and better.
