摘要
现代产业学院是以服务产业需求为导向、多主体共建共治、集人才培养等多种功能于一体的新型育人平台.以新余学院新能源产业学院为例,阐述与企业在"专业共建、课程共担、教材共编、师资共训、基地共享、人才共育"等六个方面的实践过程,为产教融合探索"六位一体"的应用型人才培养模式,为现代产业学院建设提供一种新思路.
Abstract
Modern industry college is a new education platform which is oriented to the needs of service industry,multi-subject co-construction and co-governance,and integrates various functions such as talent training.Tak-ing the School of New Energy Industry of Xinyu University as an example,this paper expounds the practical process in six aspects of"major co-construction,curriculum sharing,textbook co-compilation,teachers co-training,base sharing,talent co-education"with enterprises,and has achieved good school-running results.This paper explores a"six in one"mode for the integration of production and education,and provides a new way of thinking for the construction of modern industrial college.
