摘要
智能时代算法推荐正在成为信息流通领域新的技术范式,为共同富裕思想传播提供了 一个全新的信息空间和媒介场域.但算法推荐也存在明显的技术偏差与价值错位,其工具理性造成共同富裕的内容供给不足、权威地位弱化、价值失序与冲突、话语权稀释等诸多现实问题,必须通过提升主体素养、增强技术赋值、拓展载体平台、建构话语形式和完善制度体系等实践路径,在促进算法推荐良性发展的基础上实现共同富裕思想的有效传播,形成全民对共同富裕思想的价值认同,助力共同富裕道路建设和目标实现.
Abstract
Algorithmic recommendation in the intelligent age is becoming a new technological paradigm in the field of information circulation,providing a new information space and media field for the dissemination of the thought of common prosperity.However,algorithmic recommendation also has obvious technical deviations and value mismat-ches,and its instrumental rationality leads to many practical problems such as insufficient content supply,weakened authoritative status,value disorder and conflict,and dilution of discursive power for common prosperity.It is necessa-ry to improve the subject's literacy,enhance the technology empowerment,expand the carrier platform,construct dis-course form,and improve the institutional system.On the basis of promoting the healthy development of algorithmic recommendation,we can realize the effective dissemination of the thought of common prosperity,form the value rec-ognition of the thought of common prosperity by the whole people,and help to promote the construction of the road to common prosperity and the realization of its goals.
