摘要

协同创新成果转化是大学科技城可持续发展能力的重要体现.在梳理大学科技城协同创新成果转化的内在关系基础上,从成果转化环境、成果转化过程、成果转化效益以及大学科技城协同创新能力四个维度构建成果转化绩效评价指标体系,并运用熵权-TOPSIS法对2011-2021年岳麓山国家大学科技城协同创新成果转化绩效进行评价分析.研究结果显示,成果转化环境向好、成果转化效益增加是成果转化绩效逐年提升的主要原因,大学科技城协同创新能力不足是制约成果转化绩效进一步提升的关键因素.最后根据研究结论,提出了提升大学科技城协同创新成果转化绩效的建议.

Abstract

The transformation of collaborative innovation achievements is an important manifestation of the sustain-able development ability of university science and technology city.On the basis of analyzing the internal relationship of the transformation of collaborative innovation achievements in university science and technology city,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of achievement transformation performance from four dimensions:the environ-ment of achievement transformation,the process of achievement transformation,the benefit of achievement transfor-mation and the collaborative innovation capability of university science and technology cit,and uses the entropy weight TOPSIS method to evaluate and analyze the transformation performance of collaborative innovation achieve-ments in the Yuelushan National University Science and Technology City from 2011 to 2021.The results show that the improvement of the environment and the increase of efficiency are the main reasons for the annual improvement of achievement transformation performance,and the insufficient collaborative innovation ability of university science and technology city is the key factor restricting the further improvement of achievement transformation performance.Finally,according to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of collaborative innovation achievements transformation in university science and technology city.
