论王阳明的县域治道及其现代启示——以王阳明治理庐陵为中心的考察

摘要
王阳明治理庐陵的时间仅七个月,但是治理事务之复杂,治理成效之显著,治理方式之精准,已经包含王阳明治道的精髓与全貌.王阳明治理庐陵的实践围绕淳化民风、纾解民困、开导民心三个方面展开,从中可以发现王阳明县域治道的基本特征是以百姓心为心与为政须在事上磨.研究王阳明的县域治理实践和治道特征对于推进新时代县域治理具有重要启示:应着力建设知行合一的高素质专业化干部队伍;完善内生公共秩序以实现公共治理;明确新时代县域治理的根本目标是实现人们的美好生活.
Abstract
Wang Yangming's governance of Luling lasted only seven months,but the complexity of governance af-fairs,significant effectiveness of governance,and precise governance methods already contained the essence and the full picture of Wang Yangming's governance.The practice of Wang Yangming's governance of Luling revolved a-round three aspects:purifying people's customs,alleviating people's difficulties and enlightening people's hearts,from which we can find that the basic characteristics of Wang Yangming's county governance are to focus on the peo-ple's hearts and to practice his political skills in practical matters.The study of Wang Yangming's practice and char-acteristics of county governance has important enlightenment for promoting county governance in the new era:We should focus on building a team of high-quality professional officials who integrates knowledge and action and im-prove internal public order to achieve public governance;The fundamental goal of county governance should be clearly defined as achieving a better life for people in the new era.
