基于OBE理念的高校思想政治理论课学习成果评价研究

摘要
学习成果及其评价是成果导向教育(OBE)的核心要素.当前高校思想政治理论课的学习成果表达没有以学生为主体,表达学习成果的行为动词使用不当,对问题情境创设重视不够,整合性学习成果产出不足,导致学习成果评价流于形式.对此,高校思想政治理论课需要更新评价理念,建立形成性评价;丰富评价体验,回归学生主体地位;确立评价规范,完善过程性评价等策略来实施OBE理念下的学习成果评价,促使学生将马克思主义理论转化为处理现实问题的态度和能力,落实立德树人根本任务.
Abstract
Learning outcomes and their evaluation are the core elements of outcome-based education(OBE).At present,the expression of learning outcomes in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is not student-centered,with improper use of action verbs to express learning outcomes,insufficient emphasis on crea-ting problem situations,and insufficient output of integrated learning outcomes,resulting in learning outcome evalua-tion being merely a formality.In this regard,ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities need to update their evaluation concepts and establish formative evaluations,enrich the evaluation experience and return to the student-centered position,establish evaluation standards,improve process evaluation to implement learning out-come evaluation under the OBE concept,promote students to transform Marxist theory into attitudes and abilities to deal with practical problems,and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent.
