基于微短路电压曲线斜率的内短路在线检测方法

摘要
以磷酸铁锂电池为研究对象,根据并联电阻模拟内短路得到的实验数据,建立内短路阻值与短路电压曲线斜率的拟合函数模型,在此基础上设计内短路在线检测方法.该方法可以实现锂电池内部微短路的定性检测和定量计算,经Matlab仿真验证,绝对百分比误差不超过7%.该方法计算简单,结果精度高,适用于锂离子电池内部微短路的在线检测.
Abstract
Taking lithium iron phosphate battery as the research object,according to the experimental data obtained from the parallel resistance simulation of internal short circuit,the fitting function model of the internal short circuit resistance value and the slope of the short circuit voltage curve is established,and on this basis,the online detection method of internal short circuit is designed.This method can achieve qualitative detection and quantitative calcula-tion of internal micro short circuits in lithium batteries.After Matlab simulation verification,the absolute percentage error does not exceed 7%.This method is simple in calculation and has high accuracy,making it suitable for online detection of internal micro short circuits in lithium-ion batteries.
