摘要

为研究高硫沥青组分对沥青混合料老化性能的影响,将高硫沥青与两种非高硫普通沥青做老化对比试验,选择福建省本地花岗岩作为粗细集料制备SBS改性高硫沥青混合料和两种SBS改性非高硫普通沥青混合料,改性沥青混合料结构为AC-16C,用贝雷法验证混合料矿料级配,对三种品牌改性沥青混合料进行短期老化和长期老化试验.结果表明:高硫沥青饱和分与沥青质含量较高;高硫基质沥青和SBS改性高硫沥青经薄膜烘箱加热老化后,都会出现针入度下降、软化点增加、延度减小和黏度增大等变化趋势,并且SBS改性剂的添加使高硫沥青的温度敏感性降低;老化试验后,SBS改性高硫沥青混合料具有较高的浸水马歇尔残留稳定度和残留冻融劈裂强度比,具有较好的抗老化性能.

Abstract

To study the effect of high sulfur asphalt components on the aging performance of asphalt mixtures,a com-parative experiment was conducted between high sulfur asphalt and two types of non-high sulfur ordinary asphalt.Local granite in Fujian province was selected as coarse and fine aggregates to prepare SBS polymer modified high sulfur asphalt mixtures and two types of SBS polymer modified non-high sulfur ordinary asphalt mixtures.The modi-fied asphalt mixture structure was AC-16C,and the mineral aggregate gradation of the mixture was verified using the Berry method,short-term and long-term aging tests on three brands of modified asphalt mixtures were conduc-ted.The results show that high sulfur asphalt has higher saturation and asphaltene content;After being heated and aged in a thin film oven,both high sulfur matrix asphalt and SBS polymer modified high sulfur asphalt exhibit trends such as decreased penetration,increased softening point,decreased ductility and increased viscosity.Additionally,the addition of SBS polymer modifier reduces the temperature sensitivity of high sulfur asphalt;After aging test,SBS pol-ymer modified high sulfur asphalt mixture has higher immersion Marshall residual stability and residual freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio,and has better anti-aging performance.
