摘要

通过对页岩陶粒混凝土进行抗压强度、导热系数、表观密度、SEM和XRD等一系列试验,研究不同比例粉煤灰(0%、10%、20%和30%)对页岩陶粒混凝土性能及微结构的影响.结果表明,粉煤灰的加入可以改善页岩陶粒混凝土的和易性及保温性能,适度的粉煤灰掺量可以提高抗压强度,但过多的掺量则可能导致抗压强度降低.通过SEM和XRD分析,使用10%和20%的粉煤灰替代硅酸盐水泥后,混凝土结构的界面过渡区得到优化,微观裂缝减小,致密性增加.

Abstract

This study conducted a series of experiments on shale ceramisite concrete,including compressive strength,thermal conductivity,apparent density,SEM and XRD,to explore the effects of different proportions of fly ash(0%,10%,20%,and 30%)on the performance and microstructure of shale ceramisite concrete.The results show that the addition of fly ash can improve the workability and thermal insulation properties of shale ceramisite concrete.A moderate amount of fly ash can enhance the compressive strength,but an excessive amount may lead to decrease in compressive strength.Through SEM and XRD analysis,it was found that substituting 10%and 20%of fly ash for Portland cement optimized the interfacial transition zone of the concrete structure,reduced microcracks and increased compactness.
