摘要
习近平总书记关于新质生产力的重要论述,丰富和发展了马克思主义生产力理论.当前,发展新质生产力面临科技创新能力不强制约发展效能、产业基础能力不优限制发展空间、高素质人才不足影响发展质量、体制机制不完善阻碍发展进程等问题,加快发展新质生产力需要以科技创新提升发展动力,以构建现代化产业体系夯实发展基础,以高素质人才培养激发发展活力,以全面深化改革构筑发展保障机制.
Abstract
General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on new quality productive forces has enriched and de-veloped the Marxist theory of productive forces.At present,the development of new quality productive forces is fa-cing problems such as weak scientific and technological innovation capabilities restricting development efficiency,poor industrial basic capabilities limiting development space,lack of high-quality talents affecting the quality of de-velopment,and incomplete institutions and mechanisms hindering the development process.To accelerate the devel-opment of new quality productive forces requires technological innovation to enhance the driving force of develop-ment,building a modern industrial system to consolidate development foundation,cultivating high-quality talents to stimulate development vitality,and comprehensively deepening reform to construct a development guarantee mecha-nism.
