摘要
全面推进乡村振兴、建设宜居宜业美丽乡村是有效提升乡村居民幸福感的现实紧迫需要,也是构建人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化鲜明特征的体现,乡村振兴的主要目的之一就是引导乡村人居环境的有效提升,从而更好地促进产业兴旺、社会和谐、宜居宜业.乡村人居环境提升不是简单的卫生状况改善、路面干净整洁,更体现在科学的村庄规划布局、完善的基础设施配套、丰富的村民精神生活和文明素养提高、清新美好的村庄自然环境等多个支撑要素,健全的人居环境要素构建和实现方式,将为全面推进乡村振兴提供物质、精神和生态基础保障,增强乡村发展后劲,促进城乡融合发展,提高乡村发展质量.
Abstract
Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and building a beautiful countryside that is desirable to live and work in is an urgent need to effectively improve the happiness of rural residents,and is also a reflection of the distinctive characteristics of Chinese path to modernization to promote harmony between humanity and nature.One of the main purposes of rural revitalization is to guide the effective improvement of rural living environment,so as to better promote industrial prosperity,social harmony,favorable living and working environment.The improvement of rural human living condition is not simply the improvement of health conditions and clean and tidy roads,but is more reflected in multiple supporting elements such as the scientific village planning and layout,complete infra-structure,rich cultural life and appreciation of fine culture,fresh and beautiful natural environment of villages.The construction and implementation of sound elements of the living condition will provide material,cultural and ecologi-cal guarantees for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,enhance the potential of rural development,pro-mote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and improve the quality of rural development.
