摘要
纵观新中国75年的国家治理方式,是在党的领导下,逐渐由运动治国走向依法治国,由法制走向法治的过程.从国家治理的角度来看,75年的新中国史可以大致分为四个阶段:一是法制起步阶段(1949-1978年),二是恢复法制阶段(1978-1997年),三是走向法治阶段(1997-2012年),四是全面依法治国阶段(2012年-).中国共产党治国理政方式的转变充分体现了马克思主义认识论的基本原理.中国特色社会主义进入新时代,全面依法治国也进入了新阶段.新时代中国特色社会主义治理模式是国家治理层面马克思主义中国化时代化的最新成果.
Abstract
Throughout the 75 years of China's governance since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949,under the leadership of the Party,China has gradually moved from the governance of country by movement to the rule of law,and from rule of the legal system to the rule of law.From the perspective of China's governance,the 75-year history since the founding of the People's Republic of China can be roughly divided into four stages:the first stage is the beginning of the rule of legal system (1949-1978),the second stage is the restoration of the rule of legal system(1978-1997),the third stage is the transition towards the rule of law (1997-2012),and the fourth stage is the comprehensive advancement of law-based governance (2012-).The transformation of the Communist Party of China's governance mode fully reflects the basic principles of Marxist epistemology.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and law-based governance has entered a new era.The govern-ance model of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is the latest achievement of the adaption of Marx-ism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times at the national governance level.
