基于"四位一体"的应用型高校统计学教学改革探索

摘要
基于应用型高校的人才培养目标,对经管类专业统计学课程进行教学改革探索.研究发现,"教、学、练、训"四位一体的课程教学改革比较契合应用型高校的育人目标,提高了人才培养的针对性与实效性.课程教学改革具体表现为以"问题导向+案例讲解"相结合创新教学方法、以任务驱动激发学生自主学习内驱力、以"重难点+习题"强化学生知识掌握、以上机训练操作提升学生实践能力.课程教学改革,改进了现有教学与学习方式,提高了学生统计学知识水平,增加了经管类专业学生的就业机会.下一步应继续优化现有教学改革模式,进一步提高应用型高校人才培养质量.
Abstract
Based on the talent cultivation objectives of application-oriented universities,this paper explores the teaching reform of statistics for economics and management majors.It is found that the four-in-one teaching re-form of"teaching,learning,practicing and training"is more in line with the education goal of application-orien-ted colleges and universities,and has improved the target and effectiveness of talent training.The curriculum teach-ing reform is specifically manifested by innovative teaching methods combining"problem orientation+case explana-tion",stimulating students'autonomous learning drive through "task driven"method,strengthening students'knowledge mastery through"key and difficult points+exercises",and enhancing students'practical ability through"computer training operations".Through curriculum teaching reform,we have achieved the effect of improving the existing teaching and learning methods,improving the students'mastery of statistical knowledge and enhancing the employment opportunities of economic and management majors.In the next step,we should continue to optimize the existing teaching reform methods and improve the quality of talents cultivation in application-oriented colleges and universities.
