管理学课程思政教学改革新探——以新余学院为例

摘要
管理学作为经济管理类专业的基础课程,是融入专业课程思政体系的重要载体.传统的管理学课程教学理念和教学方法无法适应新时代青年成长成才的培养要求.在分析管理学课程思政教学中存在的主要问题的基础上,尝试构建新的课程思政与课程知识点的软融合教学模式,从教学内容、教学方法、理论与实践结合、教学考核方式四个方面探索管理学课程思政改革的主要方法和举措.
Abstract
As a fundamental course in economics and management,management is an important carrier that in-tegrates into the system of ideological and political teaching in all courses and works in the same direction with the concept of"fostering character and civic virtue?in students"in the new era.The past teaching philosophy and measures cannot meet the cultivating requirements for the growth and development of young people in the new era.Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the ideological and political theories teaching in the conven-tional "management"course,this paper tries to construct a soft integration teaching model of"gentle and progres-sive"ideological and political teaching and knowledge points,and explores the main work and measures of the ideo-logical and political teaching in management course from four aspects:teaching content,teaching method,combina-tion of theory and practice,and teaching assessment method.
