现代测绘地理信息技术在智慧矿山环境治理中的应用进展

矿产资源的生产与利用促进了社会经济高速发展,中国逐步加大了矿山资源开采力度,然而过度开采不可避免地造成了矿区及周边环境恶化。将现代测绘地理信息技术应用到矿山生态环境治理工作中具有重要的实际价值。针对矿山治理中常用的遥感技术(PS)、全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)、地理信息系统(GIS)、三维激光扫描技术及无人机航测技术,对现代测绘地理信息技术在矿山环境及其治理中的应用现状及未来趋势进行了介绍与分析,并介绍了其在智慧矿山环境治理中的应用案例,旨在改善矿区环境,提高矿山治理水平,实现矿山行业的可持续发展。展望了现代测绘地理信息技术在智慧矿山环境治理中的应用前景,现代测绘地理信息学理论和技术在与其他学科交叉融合过程中会诞生更多的交叉应用,未来先进测绘仪器的出现和其他相关学科技术的发展会进一步促进现代测绘地理信息技术的发展和应用。高轨道地球卫星技术、低轨道卫星技术的发展以及星链计划的实施,将使得测绘数据精确性进一步提高,高分辨率卫星图像将为地理科学研究和有关决策提供更加可靠的依据。现代测绘地理信息技术的发展为地理信息获取、处理和应用提供了前所未有的机会和挑战,在矿山环境治理乃至人类生活中将进一步发挥更加重要的作用。
Application Progress of Modern Surveying and Mapping Geographic Informa-tion Technologies in Smart Mining Environmental Governance
The production and utilization of mineral resources have greatly promoted the rapid development of the social economy,and China has gradually increased the intensity of mining resource exploitation.The resulting excessive mining behavior inevitably leads to the deterioration of the ecological environment in mining areas and surrounding areas.The deterioration of the ecological envi-ronment include frequent geological disasters,environmental pollution,damage to ecological resources,and impact on industrial structure and economic development.The application of modern surveying and mapping geographic information technology in the man-agement of mining ecological environment has important practical value.The article introduced modem surveying and mapping geo-graphic information technologies commonly used in mining management,including remote sensing technology,global navigation satel-lite systems,geographic information systems,three-dimensional(3D)laser scanning technology,and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)surveying and mapping technology,and also discussed the use of digital intelligent surveying and mapping technology to build digital intelligent mines,conduct environmental monitoring and evaluation in mining areas,simulate and predict the evolution of mining envi-ronments,study mining subsidence monitoring and related mechanisms.This article provided a detailed introduction to the application status of modern surveying and mapping geographic information technology in mining environment and its management,including the formulation of mining environmental governance decisions and mine surveying,and studied the relevant factors about improving the governance level of smart mining environment.Finally,the application cases in smart mining environmental governance were intro-duced,aiming to help improving the mining environment,enhance the level of mining governance,and achieve sustainable develop-ment of the mining industry.The application prospects and future trends of modern surveying and mapping geographic information tech-nology in smart mining environmental governance were also discussed.In the process of cross integration with other disciplines,mod-ern surveying and mapping geographic information theory and technology would give rise to more cross applications.The emergence of advanced surveying and mapping instruments and the development of other related disciplines and technologies in the future would fur-ther promote the development,innovation,and application of modem surveying and mapping geographic information technology.The development of high orbit Earth satellites and low orbit satellite technology,as well as the implementation of the satellite link program,would provide information services without blind spots,further improving the accuracy of surveying data.High resolution satellite imag-es would provide more authentic surface information,providing more reliable basis for geographical scientific research and related de-cision-making.The development of modem surveying and mapping geographic information technology provided unprecedented opportu-nities and challenges for the acquisition,processing,and application of geographic information.In the future,it would further improve the application effect and play a more important role in mining environmental governance and even human life.Modern surveying and mapping geographic information technology had great development and improvement space in mining environmental protection and gov-ernance.
