微观组织结构调控提高纯锆在多种环境下的耐腐蚀性能

摘要
研究了不同晶粒尺寸的纯锆(Zr)在酸、碱、盐环境中的腐蚀性能.采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和电子背散射衍射探针对纯Zr的微观结构进行观察.采用电化学腐蚀试验和浸泡试验分析纯锆的耐腐蚀性能.结果表明:800 ℃退火不同时间可获得尺寸为4~32µm的纯Zr,晶粒尺寸与时间的关系为D3-D03=3.35t.电化学腐蚀和浸泡腐蚀试验表明,晶粒尺寸约为24μm的纯Zr(800 ℃退火20 h)具有最佳的耐腐蚀性能.
Abstract
The corrosion properties of pure zirconium(Zr)with different grain sizes in acid,alkali,and salt environments were studied.The microstructures of pure Zr were observed by optical microscope,X-ray diffractometer,and electron backscattered diffraction probe.The corrosion resistance of pure Zr was analyzed by electrochemical corrosion test and immersion test.Results show that pure Zr with grain size of 4-32 μm can be obtained after annealing at 800 ℃ for different durations,and the relationship between grain size and annealing duration is D3-D03=3.35t.The electrochemical corrosion and immersion corrosion test results show that the pure Zr with grain size of about 24 μm(annealing at 800 ℃ for 20 h)possesses the optimal corrosion resistance.
