摘要

萤石型氧化物具有高熔点、低热导率、抗烧结等优异性能,是目前研究最为广泛且具有很高应用前景的高熵材料结构体系.烧绿石结构可以认为是一种有序缺陷萤石结构,因此本文将烧绿石结构归入萤石型系列.国内外高熵稀土萤石型氧化物结构体系可以分为四类:AO2型、A2B2O7型、A2B2O6O'型、双相RE2Zr2O7型,对各个结构体系的研究现状进行了综述,对高熵稀土萤石型氧化物的发展方向进行了展望.

Abstract

Fluorite-type oxides exhibit outstanding properties,including high melting point,low thermal conductivity,and sintering resistance,making them one of the most extensively researched and highly promising high-entropy material structural systems.As the pyrochlore structure can be considered as an ordered defective fluorite structure,the paper categorizes it into the fluorite-type series.And high-entropy rare earth fluorite-type oxide structural systems at home and abroad can be divided into four categories:AO2-type,A2B2O7-type,A2B2O6O'-type,and biphasic RE2Zr2O7-type.The current research status of each structural system is comprehensively reviewed,and a future development of high-entropy rare earth fluo-rite-type oxides is discussed.
