系统地论述了第二相成分改性硬质合金的研究进展,介绍了在碳化钨(WC)基硬质合金中添加第二相元素或化合物成分改性硬质合金的作用机理、改性剂种类及力学性能,并分析总结了掺杂第二相对硬质合金力学性能的提升机制.不同种类和含量的添加剂成分改性硬质合金作用效果不同,分类对比了不同添加剂和制备方法对硬质合金力学性能的影响,结果表明硬质合金的综合力学性能主要与晶粒细化程度和显微界面结构有关,添加的第二相能够与WC基体形成一定的配位结构,有效抑制WC晶粒生长,从而使合金性能获得提升.最后总结了当前第二相成分改性硬质合金的发展瓶颈和仍待解决的问题.
Research Progress of the Second Phase Composition Modified Cemented Carbides
The research progress of the second phase composition modified cemented carbides was systema-tically discussed,the modification mechanism,types of modifiers,and mechanical properties of WC-based cemented carbides modified by adding the second phase elements or compounds were introduced,and the improvement mechanism of mechanical properties of the cemented carbide by doping second phase was analyzed and summarized.The effect of modifying cemented carbides with different types and contents of additives is different.The effects of different additives and preparation methods on the mechanical proper-ties of cemented carbides were classified and compared.The results show that the comprehensive mechani-cal properties of cemented carbides are mainly related to the degree of grain refinement and micro-interface structure.The added second phase can form a certain coordination structure with the WC matrix,effective-ly inhibit the growth of WC grains,and thus improve the performance of the alloy.Finally,the current de-velopment bottlenecks and unresolved issues of the second phase composition modified cemented carbides are summarized.
