摘要
通过分析锂云母矿石物料成分与提锂工艺技术现状,创新提出一种锂云母硫酸-硫酸盐混合焙烧提锂技术.从工艺流程、主要设备、技术指标、生产过程污染控制等方面,对所设计的利用该新技术从锂云母中提锂的工艺进行系统分析.采用该工艺技术可实现锂云母中Li、Rb和Cs的高效提取,三者的总回收率分别达到80.3%、54%和61%.
Abstract
By analyzing the composition of lepidolite ore and the current status of lithium extraction techno-logy,a innovative technology applying sulfuric acid-sulfate mixed roasting to extract lithium from lepidolite is put forward in this paper.A systematic analysis of a designed process using the innovative technology to extract lithium from lepidolite is conducted from the perspectives of process flow,main equipment,techni-cal index,and pollution control in production process.The technology enables the effective extraction of Li,Rb,and Cs from lepidolite,with their recovery rates of 80.3%,54%,and 61%,respectively.
