二次烧结温度对放电等离子烧结制备Ti2AlNb合金显微组织和力学性能的影响

采用高能球磨法和放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术制备了 Ti2AlNb合金;利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和万能拉伸试验机研究了二次烧结温度对合金显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:不同二次烧结温度所制备的Ti2AlNb合金组织均由B2相、等轴状α2相和针状O相组成.二次烧结温度在900~950 ℃范围内时,针状O相呈第二相在B2基体相内部析出,等轴状α2相团聚在B2基体相之间;二次烧结温度在1 000~1 100 ℃范围内时,等轴状α2相分布不再集中,数量逐渐减少.二次烧结温度为1 000 ℃所制备的Ti2AlNb合金拥有良好的力学性能,室温抗拉强度达到309 MPa,维氏硬度可达466.5 HV.
Effect of Second-Sintering Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Ti2AlNb Prepared by Spark Plasma Sintering
Ti2AlNb alloy was prepared using high-energy ball milling and spark plasma sintering(SPS).The effects of second-sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and universal ten-sile testing machine.The results show that the Ti2AlNb alloys prepared at different second-sintering tem-peratures consist of B2 phase,equiaxed α2 phase,and acicular O phase.When the second-sintering tempera-ture is within the range of 900~950 ℃,the acicular O phase is precipitated as the second phase inside the B2 matrix phase,and the equiaxed α2 phase agglomerates among the B2 matrix phase.And the equiaxed α2 phase becomes less concentrated in its distribution and gradually decreases in its number in the range of second-sintering temperature from 1 000 ℃ to 1 100 ℃.The Ti2AlNb alloy prepared at the second-sinte-ring temperature of 1 000℃ possesses good mechanical properties,with a room-temperature tensile strength of 309 MPa and a Vickers hardness of 466.5 HV.
