溶胶-凝胶法制备钼铼预合金粉的研究

以四水合七钼酸铵、高铼酸铵和无水草酸为原料,采用湿化学溶胶-凝胶法制备 Mo-47.5Re预合金粉.研究了钼铼前驱体湿凝胶在烘干-煅烧过程中的热分解过程及其中的物质变化规律,制备了包含固溶铼的钼基体相和钼铼中间相(σ相和χ相)的钼铼预合金粉.该粉末颗粒细小,激光粒度D50 约为5.09 μm,且钼、铼元素分布均匀、高度分散,是一种较为理想的高铼含量钼铼合金的粉末冶金制备原料.
Research on Preparation of Mo-Re Pre-Alloyed Powder by Sol-Gel Method
Mo-47.5Re pre-alloyed powder was prepared by wet chemical sol-gel method with ammonium heptamolybdate tetrahydrate,ammonium perrhenate and anhydrous oxalic acid as raw materials.The ther-mal decomposition and material change rule of wet gel of molybdenum-rhenium precursor during drying-calcination process were studied.Molybdenum-rhenium pre-alloyed powder containing molybdenum matrix phase with solid solution rhenium and molybdenum-rhenium intermediate phase(σ-phase and χ-phase)was prepared.The particles of the pre-alloyed powder are fine,the laser particle size D50 is about 5.09 μm,and the distribution of molybdenum and rhenium elements is uniform and highly dispersed.Therefore,it is an ideal powder metallurgy raw material for preparation of molybdenum-rhenium alloy with high rhenium content.
