黏结剂对硫酸活化稀土尾矿SCR脱硝催化剂成型性能的影响

以硫酸活化稀土尾矿催化剂粉末为基础添加黏结剂(田菁粉、羧甲基纤维素钠和瓜尔胶)制备成型催化剂,探究黏结剂种类及添加量对成型催化剂脱硝性能的影响.通过催化活性评价、抗压强度测试、BET、XRD、H2-TPR等手段对成型催化剂进行表征.结果显示:催化剂粉末挤压成型后,比表面积由3.70 m2/g下降至1.22 m2/g,脱硝效率仅56%.添加2.5%瓜尔胶增强了稀土尾矿粉末颗粒之间的黏性,使催化剂能够顺利挤出,同时具有造孔效果,使催化剂的比表面积和氧化还原能力得到大幅提升.在5%聚乙二醇和2.5%瓜尔胶的共同作用下,成型的硫酸活化稀土尾矿催化剂脱硝效率可达91.6%,并具有良好的N2 选择性,真正实现了稀土尾矿的资源化利用.
Effect of Binder on Formability of SCR Denitration Catalyst from Rare Earth Tailings Activated by Sulfuric Acid
Formed catalyst was prepared by adding binders(sesbania powder,sodium carboxymethyl cellu-lose and guar gum)into sulphuric acid activated rare earth tailings catalyst powder.The effects of types and amounts of binders on the denitration performance of formed catalysts were investigated.The formed catalysts were characterized by means of catalytic activity evaluation,compressive strength test,BET,XRD and H2-TPR.The results show that after extrusion forming of catalyst powder,the specific surface area de-creases from 3.70 m2/g to 1.22 m2/g,and the denitration efficiency is only 56%.The addition of 2.5% guar gum enhances the adhesion among the rare earth tailings powder particles,enabling the catalyst to be smoothly extruded,and has the effect of pore formation,greatly improving the specific surface area and redox capacity of the catalyst.Under the combined action of 5%polyethylene glycol and 2.5%guar gum,the formed acid activated rare earth tailings catalyst has a denitration efficiency of 91.6%and excellent N2 selectivity,truly realizing the resource utilization of rare earth tailings.
