摘要

高纯度仲钨酸铵的制备不仅具有重要的经济价值,而且战略意义重大.合理控制仲钨酸铵中的钼含量、保证产品合格率是影响企业发展和经济效益的关键.本文采用单因素试验研究了洗水pH值、洗涤温度、洗涤时间、液固比和洗涤频次对仲钨酸铵中钼、钨洗脱率的影响.结果表明:仲钨酸铵纯水洗涤降钼的最佳条件为洗水pH值7.0、洗涤时间20 min、洗涤温度65℃、液固比3∶1、洗涤频次1次,此时钼的洗脱率达到82.01%,并且钨的损失量较小,其洗脱率仅为3.97%.本方法具有不引入其他杂质、操作简单、绿色环保和生产成本低等优点,对企业发展和仲钨酸铵制备工艺的改进具有一定参考价值和意义.

Abstract

The preparation of high purity ammonium paratungstate not only has important economic value,but also has great strategic significance.Reasonable control of molybdenum content in ammonium para-tungstate and guarantee of product pass rate are the key to affect the development and economic benefits of enterprises.The effects of washing water pH value,washing temperature,washing time,liquid-solid ratio and washing frequency on the elution rates of molybdenum and tungsten were studied by single factor tests.The results show that the optimal conditions for molybdenum reduction from ammonium paratung-state by washing with pure water are washing water pH value of 7.0,reaction time of 20 min,reaction tem-perature of 65℃,liquid-solid ratio of 3∶1 and washing frequency of once.At this time,the elution rate of molybdenum reaches 82.01%,and the loss of tungsten is small with an elution rate of 3.97%.This method has the advantages of no other impurities,simple operation,environmentally friendly process and low pro-duction cost,and has certain reference value and significance for enterprise development and process im-provement of ammonium paratungstate preparation.
