摘要

针对某公司熔盐电解法制备镨钕金属中试生产线存在的设备老旧、生产成本高和产品质量一致性差等问题,进行了优化生产实践研究.生产实践结果表明,通过升级高频开关电源、改造电解导线、优化设计电解槽、控制原料质量和产品碳含量等措施,优化升级后每台炉产量增长5.6%,单耗降低0.28%,电耗降低18.6%,一次合格率由85%升高至95%,产品质量一致性得到提高,可以达到降低电耗、单耗和解决产品质量一致性差等问题的目的.

Abstract

A optimal production practice study was conducted to address the issues of outdated equipment,high production costs and poor product quality consistency in the pilot production line of PrNd metal pre-pared by molten salt electrolysis method in a certain company.The results from the production practice show that by upgrading high-frequency switch power supply,modifying electrolytic wires,optimizing the design of electrolytic cells and controlling the quality of raw materials and product carbon content,the out-put of each furnace increases by 5.6%,the unit consumption decreases by 0.28%,the electricity consump-tion decreases by 18.6%,the first pass rate increases from 85%to 95%,and the consistency of product quality improves after optimization and upgrade.The optimal production practice can achieve the goal of re-ducing electri-city consumption and unit consumption and solving the problem of poor product quality con-sistency.
