热压-热变形Nd2Fe14B/PrCo5复合磁体的磁性能与微观结构

采用放电等离子烧结设备通过热压和热变形制备Nd2Fe14B/PrCo5 复合磁体,研究了其磁性能、微观结构及晶间相互作用.结果表明:热压与热变形磁体中均存在Nd2Fe14B和PrCo5.变形量对热变形磁体各向异性与磁性能影响显著,随着变形量的增加,磁体各向异性增强,晶粒沿垂直压力方向拉伸为板条状,内禀矫顽力与最大磁能积单调降低;同时,磁体的晶间交换耦合作用逐渐减弱,长程静磁相互作用增强.
Magnetic Properties and Microstructure of Hot-Pressed and Hot-Deformed Nd2Fe14B/PrCo5 Hybrid Magnets
Nd2Fe14B/PrCo5 hybrid magnets were prepared by hot pressing and hot deformation with spark plasma sintering equipment,and their magnetic properties,microstructure and intergranular interaction were investigated.There are Nd2Fe14B and PrCo5 in both the hot-pressed and hot-deformed hybrid mag-nets.The anisotropy and magnetic properties of the hot-deformed magnets are significantly affected by the deformation amount.With the increase of the deformation amount,the anisotropy of the magnets increa-ses,the grains are stretched into a lath shape along the direction perpendicular to the pressure,and the co-ercivity and maximum magnetic energy product decrease monotonously.At the same time,the intergranu-lar exchange coupling of the magnets gradually weakens,and the long-range magnetostatic interaction strengthens.
