In currently,there are still some problems in the governance of government,such as inefficient implementation of in-stitutions,selection of alternative implementation,and resistance to excessive implementation,which constrained the effective-ness of institutional governance.The main factors leading to insufficient institutional execution capability are insufficient ration-ality in institutional design,weak institutional awareness among people,and poor implementation environment.Therefore,in order to optimize and enhance the institutional execution capability,it is necessary to improve the institution design,optimize the institution supply,strengthen the awareness of the institution,strengthen the governance of the institution,purify the en-vironment for the implementation of the institution,supervise the implementation of the institution from multiple perspectives,and ultimately achieve the governance of the institution.
