大学新生自我同一性与自我控制的关系——核心自我评价和追求成功动机的链式中介作用

摘要
为考察大学新生自我同一性与自我控制的关系,同时探讨核心自我评价和追求成功动机的链式中介作用,采用自我同一性量表、中文版核心自我评价量表、中文版追求成功动机量表和中文版自我控制量表对 536 名大学新生进行调查.结果发现:(1)大学新生自我同一性与自我控制呈显著正相关;(2)核心自我评价在自我同一性与自我控制之间起中介作用;(3)追求成功动机在自我同一性与自我控制之间起中介作用;(4)核心自我评价和追求成功动机在自我同一性与自我控制之间起链式中介作用.本研究认为大学新生自我同一性可以通过核心自我评价和追求成功动机对自我控制产生间接作用.该结果对于揭示影响大学新生自我控制的因素,提升大学新生自我控制的路径具有重要的理论和现实意义.
Abstract
This study aimed to examine the relationship between self-identity and college freshmen's self-control,and to explore the mediating role of core self-evaluation and pursuing success motivation,536 college freshmen's were surveyed using the Self-identity Scale,the Chinese version of Core Self-evaluation Scale,the Chinese version of Pursuing Success Motivation,and the Chinese version of Self-control Scale.The results showed that:(1)self-identity was positively associated with college freshmen's self-control;(2)core self-evaluation mediated the relationship between self-identity and college freshmen's self-control;(3)pursuing success motivation mediated the relationship between self-identity and college freshmen's self-control;(4)core self-e-valuation and pursuing success motivation played chain mediating role between self-identity and college freshman's self-control.This study suggests that self-identity indirectly influences college freshmen's self-control through core self-evaluation and pursu-ing success motivation.This result have important theoretical and practical significance for revealing the factors that affect the self-control of college freshmen's and improving the path of self-control of college freshmen's.
