学习支持服务对混合式学习满意度的影响——学习疏离感和学习投入的链式中介作用

在混合式学习背景下,学习疏离感是影响学习投入和学习满意度的重要因素,而学习支持服务对学习疏离感又有着重要影响.为探讨学习支持服务、学习疏离感、学习投入和混合式学习满意度的影响关系,采用学习支持服务、学习疏离感、学习投入和学习满意度量表对 417 名高校学生进行调查.结果显示:(1)学习支持服务可以直接负向显著影响学习疏离感,但不能通过学习疏离感正向显著影响混合式学习满意度;(2)学习支持服务可以直接或间接通过学习投入正向显著影响混合式学习满意度;(3)学习支持服务可以通过学习疏离感和学习投入的链式中介作用正向显著影响混合式学习满意度.基于此,需要通过构建动态一体化学习支持服务体系、建立混合合作学习共同体、合理运用动机与元认知策略等方法,提升混合式学习满意度.
The Impact of Learning Support Services on the Satisfaction of Blended Learning——The Chain Mediating Effect of Learning Alienation and Learning Engagement
In the context of blended learning,learning alienation is an important factor affecting learning engagement and satis-faction,and learning support services have a significant impact on learning alienation.To explore the relationship between learning support services,learning alienation,learning engagement,and blended learning satisfaction,a survey was conducted on 417 university students using a scale of learning support services,learning alienation,learning engagement,and learning satisfaction.The results show that:(1)learning support services can directly and significantly affect learning alienation,but cannot positively and significantly affect mixed learning satisfaction through learning alienation;(2)Learning support services can directly or indirectly have a significant positive impact on blended learning satisfaction through learning engagement;(3)Learning support services can positively and significantly affect blended learning satisfaction through the chain mediating effect of learning alienation and learning engagement.Based on this,it is necessary to improve the satisfaction of blended learning by constructing a dynamic integrated learning support service system,establishing a mixed cooperative learning community,and using motivation and metacognitive strategies reasonably.
